Beef, Pork and Lamb
Our livestock are 100% Free Range and graze our species-rich chemical free pastures all year round. We do not use routine antibiotics or growth hormones. Neither do we house any stock through the winter, so there is no need for any additional concentrates. We farm as close to the natural lifestyle of the animal as possible, this means the animals mature slower and adding flavour as they grow.
Our free range cattle graze on our organic herbal pastures through winter and summer with no other feed (otherwise known as Foggage Farming). All Herefords and Aberdeen Angus, our traditional herd is hardy and accustomed to living outdoors.
As well as our grass fed Beef, lamb and Pork we now sell our own dry cured bacon, pork sausages , Free Range eggs, fresh locally grown vegetables, S hropshire Honey, and jams.
To maintain full traceability we only sell meat from our own livestock. All meat is slaughtered and butchered locally by a small family butcher and then brought back to the farm shop for sale.
